With our team growing and new business wins on the horizon, we are on the hunt for a Paid Social Account Director to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a part in shaping strategies and driving performance across a diverse portfolio of clients spanning multiple industries. You will be the expert behind successful and winning campaigns that deliver real impact. Collaborating closely with your Account Manager and Business Director, you will play a key role in ensuring our campaigns are innovative, effective, and keep our clients coming back for more. What You Will Be Doing
- Lead & Strategise – Take ownership of all Paid Social accounts under your remit, shaping strategies, defining responsibilities, and guiding your team to success.
- Drive Performance – Oversee campaign performance, ensuring we are on track to meet goals while identifying opportunities for growth and flagging any challenges.
- Set & Track KPIs – Work closely with clients to define key metrics and ensure we consistently deliver against their objectives.
- Innovate & Optimise – Use advanced analytics and forecasting to refine and enhance strategies, including keeping up to date with latest industry updates, ensuring we are at the forefront of Paid Social.
- Build Strong Client Partnerships – Develop close, trusted relationships with clients, understanding their goals and ensuring we deliver outstanding results.
- Grow the Business – Contribute to pitches, proposals, and upsells with Paid Performance strategies that win new opportunities.
- Develop Your Team – Manage and mentor account managers and executives, helping them grow their skills and careers.
- Analyse & Improve – Continuously review and refine accounts, making strategic recommendations that push performance forward.
- Collaborate & Integrate – Work seamlessly with SEO, PPC, Growth, and Data teams to develop integrated performance plans that deliver real results.

How Does the Team Work?
You will be given autonomy to work on accounts and take ownership/shape the way of working, with lots of support from your Head of Team and Growth team. We work collaboratively – both within the Paid Social team and across departments. We work really closely with PPC, SEO & Growth & Client Experience. We have open communications – there aren't any silly questions and there is no limit to how many you can ask – whether that be to the Head of Paid Social, SAM or SAE.

What Is the Interview Process?
- Informal screening process with our People Experience team. This is to go through your top line experience and ask any questions we might have from your application (15-20 minutes).
- 1st stage interview with Head of Paid Social & Head of Paid Operations to go through your experience and skills to date in more depth as well as an opportunity to discuss how you like to work best. We will also give you the opportunity to ask us any questions you have about Found (45-60 minutes).
- 2nd stage interview will involve a task with a 30-minute presentation, with at least a week turnaround time. You will then present this back to the Head of Paid Social, Head of PPC & Head of Paid Operations where we will look at your thought process and how you apply your knowledge and experience in a real work example (60 minutes).
