As a Business Director, you are the strategic and commercial lead for a portfolio of high-value clients. You own senior relationships, deeply understand your clients' businesses, and guide the development of integrated performance marketing strategies through Found's EverysearchTM framework. This role is about driving retention, growth and longâterm partnership value. You'll act as a trusted advisor to Câsuite and senior stakeholders, while working closely with performance teams, Client Experience, and Tomorrow Group partners to deliver joinedâup, futureâfocused solutions aligned to commercial objectives. You'll balance strategic leadership with commercial ownershipâshaping roadmaps, navigating complexity, and ensuring Found consistently delivers outstanding impact for its clients.
What You Will Be Doing
- Client Leadership & Retention â Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted business partner across your client portfolio.
- Commercial Ownership â Own client contracts, renewals and scope, leading proactive commercial planning to support retention and growth.
- Strategic Direction â Translate client business goals into integrated digital strategies rooted in the EverysearchTM framework.
- Growth & Upsell â Identify, shape and secure upsell and crossâsell opportunities across Found and Tomorrow Group services.
- Performance Narratives â Lead clear, compelling monthly and quarterly reviews that connect performance to business outcomes.
- Risk Management â Identify retention risks or relationship challenges early, leading recovery and mitigation plans.
- Stakeholder Mapping â Own senior stakeholder planning across client organisations to ensure alignment and depth of relationships.
- CrossâFunctional Leadership â Collaborate with Account Directors, Department Heads and performance leads to deliver commercially effective strategies.
- Integration & Innovation â Champion joinedâup thinking across SEO, Paid Media, Social, Data and Analytics partners.
