Found is looking for a Graphic Designer to turn bold ideas into reality. This is a delivery-driven role at the heart of the creative process. Craft matters. Reliability matters. Efficiency matters. It demands real pride in the quality of your work. You take creative direction and transform it into finished, production-ready assets, quickly and accurately, at a consistently high standard. From decks and mockups to large volumes of final artwork, the work flows through you with precision, pace, and a keen eye for visual quality. You’ll join a newly established creative team within a growing performance marketing agency, with room to grow and a clear path to career progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality production at scale: Design and finalise large volumes of campaign assets for paid social and digital distribution. Expect most weeks to involve sustained production, with occasional bursts of concept work.
  • Adapt assets across markets and channels: Adapt, version, and localise approved assets across formats, markets, and channels, ensuring visual coherence and consistency.
  • Translate ideas into finished output: Support the Art Director and creative team by turning direction into production‑ready work. Produce deck design, mockups, and presentation materials that help ideas land clearly and professionally.
  • Own executional quality and delivery: Prepare assets for delivery, ensuring specs, naming, structure, and file hygiene are correct. Respond to feedback efficiently, solve executional problems independently, and flag issues early rather than pushing broken work through.
  • Maintain visual standards: Ensure a consistently high level of visual coherence and expression across all work. You execute creative direction rather than set it, maintaining clarity, craft, and quality at every stage.

Company Responsibilities

  • Consistently follow company and team processes, ensuring alignment and efficiency across all projects.
  • Utilise company platforms (such as Asana, Float, and other internal tools) effectively to manage tasks, resources, and workflows.
  • Log time accurately and on schedule, providing transparency and supporting operational planning.
  • Promote and uphold Found’s values and culture, acting as an inspiring, supportive, and accountable team member or leader.
  • Ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery that enhances Found’s reputation and strengthens client trust.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Found’s technology, products, and services, ensuring these are applied effectively in your role.
  • Stay informed of industry standards, innovations, and emerging approaches in digital marketing, applying relevant insights to client and agency work.

Behaviours in this role

  • Strategic & commercially astute: Connects the dots between client business goals, digital opportunities, and agency capabilities.
  • Trusted & respected partner: Builds meaningful, long‑term relationships through honesty, consistency, and a deep understanding of client challenges.
  • Calm under pressure: Brings a stabilising presence in high‑stakes or complex client environments; provides clarity when it’s most needed.
  • Collaborative influencer: Works across teams to align thinking, inspire buy‑in, and move ideas forward.
  • Proactive & resourceful: Spots opportunities and challenges early; takes initiative to improve, resolve, or drive momentum.
  • People‑focused leader: Guides teams with clarity and compassion; sets high standards while encouraging growth and autonomy.
  • Narrative‑driven communicator: Crafts compelling stories from performance data and client insights — delivering value beyond metrics.

Expected Experience

  • Min 2 years’ experience as a designer, either on the agency or brand side.
  • Proven experience producing digital and paid social assets.
  • Confidence working from creative direction and brand systems.
  • Reliability under volume and deadline pressure.
  • Comfort supporting teams rather than owning accounts.

What Success Looks Like

  • Assets ship on time, at quality, and in the right formats.
  • Your visual support on decks and mockups help great ideas land with grace.
  • Versioning and localisation run smoothly.
  • Production stress stays low even when volume is high.
  • You need minimal oversight from senior creative team members.

This role won’t fit if you

  • Prefer conceptual exploration over craft.
  • Get frustrated by feedback and iteration.
  • Struggle with volume, versioning, or detail.
  • Dislike working inside established creative systems.

Perks And Benefits

  • Dynamic, Flexible Working
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Financial Wellbeing Coaching
  • 1-1 Counselling & Mental Health Support
  • Subsidised Gym Membership
  • Enhanced Parental Leave
  • Interchangeable Bank Holidays
  • Matchable Partnership
  • Work from Abroad: Up to 30 days a year working from another country.
