Senior Finance Business Partner | Real Estate | £60,000–£65,000 + Bonus | London (Hybrid) Found-U is hiring We’re working with a high-performing real estate investment business looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to support continued growth across their UK and European portfolio. This role sits at the commercial heart of the business. It’s ideal for someone who wants to move beyond the technical and into true business partnering—adding value across investment decisions, fund reporting, and stakeholder relationships. Partner with senior stakeholders on fund and asset performance Lead forecasting and investment modelling across key portfolios Manage capital calls, debt compliance, and banking relationships Own quarterly management accounts and annual financial statements across SPVs Mentor junior team members and support the wider finance function Finalist or newly qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) Solid real estate or fund accounting experience Strong understanding of capex, investment cash flows, and forecasting Confident communicator who can influence outside of finance Generous bonus and full benefits package ~ High exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic projects ~ A commercial role with real scope to grow
