Manage the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors. – Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, supervise the Junior Management Accountant, and ensure the accuracy of entries, timelines, and deadlines. – Budgeting & Forecasting: Play a key role in financial planning, liquidity management, and strategic business planning. Core Functions of the Role: 1. Daily Financial Management: Oversee daily operations, supervise junior team members, and ensure efficient workflows and accurate reporting to support overall business operations. 2. Compliance & Control: Ensure regulatory compliance, manage audit processes, control costs, and review management accounts to maintain accuracy and transparency in financial records. 3. Business Partnering: Engage in forecasting and budgeting activities, working with the investment team to align financial strategies with business objectives. 4. Project & Operations Support: Partner with the Operations Manager to enhance systems and support various departments, including data, legal, and compliance, to ensure operational efficiency.
