Found-U, on behalf of a leading Facilities Management provider, is urgently recruiting for a Hard Services Pricing Analyst to join their London City-based commercial team. This is a critical hire aimed at strengthening their strategic pricing function for hard FM services.

About the Role

You will be responsible for shaping commercially compelling, data-driven pricing solutions for hard services within Facilities Management—covering areas such as mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. This role works closely with business development, bid, and operations teams to ensure competitive and sustainable cost models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead pricing and cost modelling for hard services tenders and renewals.
  • Translate service specifications into clear, cost-effective pricing proposals.
  • Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to align bids with delivery capabilities.
  • Conduct risk assessments, margin analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Present financial models and commercial justifications during bid submissions.
  • Maintain robust pricing databases and historical bid records for future reference.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in pricing or commercial roles within Facilities Management, with strong exposure to hard FM disciplines.
  • Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical scopes and translate them into pricing structures.
  • Familiarity with bid processes, FM contract types (e.g. TFM, PFI), and procurement protocols.
  • Strong communicator, able to explain complex pricing models to senior stakeholders.
  • Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or related discipline is preferred.
