A fast-growing online retail business in the City is looking for a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to join a small, close-knit commercial finance team. This is a data-heavy, commercially facing role with direct exposure to the CFO and co-CEO from day one. You will own pricing analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across the business and its external dealer network. There is a clear and genuine path into a Commercial Finance Manager role for the right person.

What you will be doing:

  • Business partnering with internal stakeholders across sales, operations, and onboarding
  • Producing and managing reporting for internal teams and an external dealer network
  • Pricing analysis and in-life sell pricing support across the group
  • Owning internal pricing engine management weekly, with cover responsibilities when colleagues are offshore
  • Supporting the onboarding of new clients onto the platform, including data migration and cleansing
  • Group cost price management and month end financial control support
  • Communicating directly with external dealers as a commercial point of contact

What we are looking for:

  • 3 to 5 years in a commercial finance, financial analysis, or data-focused finance role
  • Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and SUMIFS as a minimum
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and drawing commercial conclusions from them
  • Confident communicator who can engage with senior stakeholders and external partners
  • Power Query and Power BI are a genuine bonus
  • Part-qualified or studying towards CIMA, ACCA, or ACA is welcome, study support is available
  • Easygoing, proactive, and someone who actually enjoys the work rather than tolerating it
