Finance Business Partner – Real Estate Investment Firm – Central London

Salary: £55,000 – £60,000

Found-U is partnering with a leading real estate investment firm in Central London to recruit a commercially focused Finance Business Partner . This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly reputable and fast-growing business that owns and manages a diverse UK property portfolio.

About the Role:

As Finance Business Partner, you\’ll play a strategic role in linking financial insight to commercial decision-making. This is more than just reporting — you’ll be working alongside senior leadership, asset managers, and operational teams to shape business performance, maximise investment returns, and support high-value decisions.

The role is based on-site in Central London four days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver insightful financial analysis to support business planning and investment decisions
• Own budgeting and forecasting processes for key property portfolios
• Provide variance analysis, KPIs, and commentary to explain performance drivers
• Partner with non-finance stakeholders to challenge assumptions and support strategy execution
• Work on cash flow forecasting, capital expenditure planning, and scenario modelling
• Prepare financial presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Liaise with asset management, development, and operations teams to align financial targets with business plans
• Support system and process improvements to enhance financial visibility and efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• Finalist or Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
• Experience in the real estate, property investment, or asset management sector is essential
• Strong commercial acumen and business partnering experience
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset and excellent stakeholder communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
