We’re looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of Change Delivery pipelines. You’ll lead a range of business improvement and change workstreams, working closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams to ensure delivery is structured, aligned, and value-driven.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading delivery of business improvement and change workstreams in an Agile environment
- Managing a pipeline of change activity from scoping through to delivery
- Facilitating Agile sessions (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives) to maintain delivery momentum
- Working with senior stakeholders to define outcomes and track progress
- Collaborating with Product and Technical teams on requirements and user stories
- Managing risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple initiatives
- Providing clear updates and reporting to senior leadership
- Ensuring delivery translates into measurable business benefits
What experience you’ll need:
- Project Management experience in IT / Software Delivery environments
- Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum / Kanban)
- Experience delivering business change or technical projects end-to-end
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Experience working with Product and Software Engineering teams
- Strong communication and delivery focus
- PRINCE2 or equivalent
