We’re looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of Change Delivery pipelines. You’ll lead a range of business improvement and change workstreams, working closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams to ensure delivery is structured, aligned, and value-driven.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading delivery of business improvement and change workstreams in an Agile environment
  • Managing a pipeline of change activity from scoping through to delivery
  • Facilitating Agile sessions (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives) to maintain delivery momentum
  • Working with senior stakeholders to define outcomes and track progress
  • Collaborating with Product and Technical teams on requirements and user stories
  • Managing risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple initiatives
  • Providing clear updates and reporting to senior leadership
  • Ensuring delivery translates into measurable business benefits

What experience you’ll need:

  • Project Management experience in IT / Software Delivery environments
  • Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum / Kanban)
  • Experience delivering business change or technical projects end-to-end
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience working with Product and Software Engineering teams
  • Strong communication and delivery focus
  • PRINCE2 or equivalent
