Are you a Junior Project Manager ready to take ownership of delivery, manage stakeholders and work closely with technical teams in a dynamic change environment? Found Talent are recruiting a Junior Project Manager to join a technology organisation based in Manchester. You’ll support delivery across technology and business change and work alongside cross-functional technical teams, with a clear pathway to Project Manager.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of small-to-mid sized projects and workstreams
- Maintain project documentation and progress reports
- Coordinate activities across teams to support smooth project delivery
- Manage stakeholders, timelines and delivery risks
- Support delivery governance and contribute to process improvement
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a Junior PM, PMO or Delivery role within a technology environment
- Exposure to technical or cross-functional delivery teams and project lifecycles (Agile)
- Confident using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Planner, or other Microsoft products
- Strong organisation, reporting and communication skills
- Proactive, able to work autonomously and take ownership of delivery
