What you\’ll be doing

• Providing 2nd/3rd line support across hybrid on-prem and Azure environments.
• Managing Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Intune, and endpoint services.
• Supporting Azure migrations, configuration, and optimisation.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting VMware or Hyper-V virtualisation.
• Monitoring performance, availability, and security resolving incidents proactively.
• Delivering infrastructure projects to improve scalability, resilience, and cloud readiness.

What we\’re looking for

• Proven experience as an Infrastructure or 3rd Line Engineer.
• Strong background with Microsoft technologies: Windows Server, AD, Microsoft 365, and networking.
• Hands-on exposure to Azure (VMs, Entra ID/Azure AD, storage, networking).
• A proactive mindset and willingness to shape modern infrastructure practices.
