What you\’ll be doing

Providing 2nd/3rd line support across hybrid on‐prem and Azure environments.

Managing Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Intune, and endpoint services.

Supporting Azure migrations, configuration, and optimisation.

Maintaining and troubleshooting VMware or Hyper‐V virtualisation.

Monitoring performance, availability, and security, resolving incidents proactively.

Delivering infrastructure projects to improve scalability, resilience, and cloud readiness.

What we\’re looking for

Proven experience as an Infrastructure or 3rd Line Engineer.

Strong background with Microsoft technologies: Windows Server, AD, Microsoft 365, and networking.

A proactive mindset and willingness to shape modern infrastructure practices.
