Found Talent are looking for a Business Analyst with experience of analysing business process, applications, and systems.

You should have a strong technical background with experience of working with IT & technology stakeholders. You will have an understanding of Agile methodologies and exposure to working with software engineering teams.

What you’ll be doing

  • You will be the focal point for product knowledge working closely with the software development and operational teams
  • Working with and gathering requirements from key internal stakeholders – within IT and the wider business
  • Networking within the business to define and shape requirements
  • Requirements elicitation, analysis, interpretation, and documentation
  • Analysis of business processes and systems
  • Reviewing operational resilience
  • Thorough investigation of technical and operational performance
  • Mapping out of products and services, both internal and external
