You'll be the go-to person for product knowledge, working with engineering, UX (User Experience) and operational teams to shape customer-facing web and mobile products.
The role suits someone who works well on their own, is comfortable with technical teams, and can turn complex business needs into clear, deliverable requirements.
- What you'll be doing
- Building relationships across IT and the wider business to pin down and shape requirements
- Gathering, analysing and documenting requirements, and turning them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Mapping out how products, services and processes work today and how they should work in future (As-Is and To-Be), both internally and for customers
- Working with the UX team on customer journeys and digital experiences
- Getting involved in Agile delivery, including sprint ceremonies and backlog refinement
- Looking into how systems and operations are performing, and where they could be more resilient
What we're looking for
- A proven track record as a Business Analyst in a technology or digital setting
- Experience working with Product, Engineering and UX teams
- Time spent on web, mobile or customer-facing projects
- A good grasp of Agile ways of working
- Confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels
