We are looking for an Azure Support Engineer to join a growing organisation in a new role for the company. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Azure IT support who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys troubleshooting complex cloud issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for Azure cloud services and infrastructure
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize Azure environments, ensuring high availability and performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues, liaising with vendors where necessary
  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and automation of cloud services
  • Implement and maintain security best practices within Azure environments
  • Collaborate with Development and Infrastructure teams to improve cloud infrastructure

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in an Azure IT support environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID, Virtual Machines, and Networking
  • Experience with Azure environment setup and management
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and experience working with ticketing systems

Desirable:

  • Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-900, AZ-500)
  • Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or fast-paced IT support role
