This brand is setting new standards in compostable and reusable solutions, and their impact is growing rapidly across the UK and Europe.
With exciting expansion plans, this is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven, relationship-led sales leader to play a key role in the next chapter of growth. This senior-level role will not only focus on winning new business but also on leading and developing a team of 3 Business Development Managers to achieve success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 Business Development Managers to consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across the hospitality and foodservice sector.
- Drive a performance-led culture by setting clear objectives, conducting regular pipeline reviews, and delivering feedback and support.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular contact, product education, and outstanding customer service.
- Personally manage high-value prospects and strategic accounts, ensuring strong conversion and retention.
- Oversee and contribute to the team’s sales pipeline, ensuring effective prospecting, qualification, and follow-up.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client success.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to drive visibility and engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within foodservice, hospitality, or FMCG.
- Previous experience managing and motivating a sales team.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop others and create a high-performance sales culture.
- Confident self-starter who thrives on autonomy and takes ownership of commercial results.
