Found Industrial are looking for Factory Operatives to work alongside our client in Redhill. The role will include working within the factory as part of a team, following supervisor instructions and always adhering to health and safety. The role is on a temporary basis, with the potential for permanent employment.
The Role of Production Operative:
- Full time, Monday to Friday
- Rotating shift pattern
- Week 1: 5am β 12:30pm
- Week 2: 12:30pm β 8pm
Duties of Production Operative:
- Quality control
- Using small hand tools
- Operating machinery (training provided)
- Ensuring items are manufactured to the highest quality
Requirements for Production Operative:
- Must drive or have own transport due to location and start time
- Good level of written and verbal English required
- Able to stand for long periods
- Eye for detail
