Production Line Leader Location: Medway, Kent Salary: £27,000-£34,000 per annum, depending on experience Hours: Day shift, 08:30-17:00,  Contract: Permanent Already leading a production team, or an experienced operator ready to take the next step? Found Food & Drink is recruiting a Production Line Leader for a manufacturing business in Medway. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working on the factory floor, supporting colleagues and keeping production running smoothly. We’re open to both experienced line leaders and capable operators with the attitude and potential to move into a leadership position. The role Help organise daily production activities and keep the team focused on priorities. Support colleagues with clear instructions and practical guidance. Maintain safe working practices, product quality and production standards. Identify day-to-day issues and communicate them promptly. Lead by example with a reliable, organised and hands-on approach. What we’re looking for Experience in a manufacturing or production environment. A good understanding of production processes, quality requirements and safe working. Clear communication skills and the confidence to support others. A practical approach to solving problems and keeping work on track. Previous leadership or supervisory experience would be valuable, but experienced operators ready to step up are encouraged to apply. Salary The £27,000-£34,000 range allows us to consider different levels of experience. The upper end is aimed at candidates bringing established leadership experience and stronger technical knowledge. Interested?
