Location: Northwest London

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum + Equity in the Business

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday – Friday or Sunday – Thursday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

We’re working with a premium bespoke meal manufacturing business on a mission to deliver exceptional, made-to-measure nutrition to thousands of customers across London. With a fully tailored approach, every meal plan is designed around each individual’s goals and macro needs — supported by a dedicated in-house nutritionist to ensure clients stay on track to smash their targets.

Due to continued growth and major investment, this newly created role reports directly into the COO and offers real scope to shape procurement strategy, introduce new supplier partnerships, and drive efficiency across the supply chain. It’s a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Procurement Manager with a background in FMCG or food manufacturing to make their mark in a business that values quality, innovation, and pace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end purchase-to-pay process, ensuring timely and accurate procurement of goods and services
  • Develop and execute the overall procurement strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans
  • Identify, source, and negotiate with new and existing premium food suppliers to secure the best value without compromising quality
  • Build strong relationships with UK-based suppliers to ensure continuity, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness
  • Analyse and forecast demand, track market trends, and optimise stock levels to support agile production schedules
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations, Finance, and Production teams to ensure smooth integration of procurement with daily operations

  • Proven experience in a Procurement Manager or Senior Buyer role within FMCG, food manufacturing, or fresh food sectors
  • Excellent supplier network and deep understanding of food sourcing, supply chain, and price negotiation
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive cost savings while maintaining product excellence
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to influence at a senior level
