The Opportunity
We're partnering with a growing artisan bakery business that supplies premium hospitality, foodservice and wholesale customers across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a talented Pastry Chef to their pastry team. Working alongside an experienced pastry team, you'll play a key role in producing high‑quality laminated and artisan pastry products while helping maintain the exceptional standards the business is known for.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Producing premium artisan pastry products to the highest standards
- Laminating croissants, pain au chocolat and other pastry products
- Ensuring products are consistently produced to specification
- Supporting daily pastry production within a busy bakery environment
- Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards
- Assisting with decorating and finishing products where required
- Working closely with the wider pastry team to deliver quality and consistency across every shift
