Salary: £40,000 to £42,500 plus 150% overtime

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, Night Shift (19:00 to 07:00)

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and support your night shift team to deliver safe, high-quality and efficient production
  • Coach and develop individuals to help them reach their potential and progress within the business
  • Take accountability for performance across Safety, People, Quality, Delivery and Cost metrics
  • Promote a positive, continuous improvement culture across the night shift operation
  • Collaborate closely with Technical, Engineering and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth production
  • Maintain an “Audit Ready” environment with a focus on Food Safety, Quality and compliance
