Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support your night shift team to deliver safe, high-quality and efficient production
- Coach and develop individuals to help them reach their potential and progress within the business
- Take accountability for performance across Safety, People, Quality, Delivery and Cost metrics
- Promote a positive, continuous improvement culture across the night shift operation
- Collaborate closely with Technical, Engineering and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth production
- Maintain an “Audit Ready” environment with a focus on Food Safety, Quality and compliance
