We are partnering with a fast-growing and highly respected food storage and distribution business that continues to invest heavily in its people, facilities and operational excellence. Supplying a wide range of food and drink products to customers across the foodservice sector, the business has experienced significant growth over recent years and is now looking to appoint an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead its critical night operation.

The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will take full responsibility for the night warehouse operation, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and prepared accurately for next-day delivery. Leading a team of approximately 16-17 warehouse colleagues, including Team Leaders, you will oversee operations across ambient, chilled and frozen environments, creating a positive, high-performing culture where safety, accuracy and productivity are always at the forefront.
This isn’t a role for someone who simply maintains the status quo. We are looking for a proactive leader.
