As Multi Skilled Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of production equipment across the site. Working closely with Operations, you will deliver planned and reactive maintenance, support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to engineering projects that enhance site performance. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where you will work with modern, high-speed machinery and play a key part in delivering high quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance to keep production lines running efficiently
- Work with modern, high speed automated equipment in a fast-paced environment
- Support installations, commissioning activity and ongoing improvement projects
- Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to continuous improvement plans
- Work collaboratively with a tight knit engineering team that shares knowledge and supports each other
- Ensure equipment performance, reliability and efficiency meet required standards
What You Will Need
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Multi Skilled Engineer within food manufacturing or FMCG
- Strong electrical and/or mechanical skills
- A proactive problem-solving approach with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving production environment
- Strong communication skills and a team focused attitude
