As the company continues to scale, they’re looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to take full ownership of the delivery function and ensure smooth, efficient, and timely operations across Greater London. This is a pivotal role, managing a team of 25 Delivery Drivers, overseeing route optimisation, and ensuring a consistently high-quality experience for customers receiving bespoke meal plans crafted to their personal goals. Oversee and manage the day-to-day logistics operation, ensuring on-time, accurate delivery of meals across London Lead and develop a team of 25 Delivery Drivers, ensuring performance, compliance, and customer service standards are maintained Build, implement, and continuously improve route planning and optimisation tools/processes to maximise efficiency and reduce delivery costs Maintain excellent communication across the production and operations teams to ensure seamless shift handovers and real-time issue resolution Drive innovation by introducing new technologies or practices, to improve delivery performance and customer satisfaction Proven experience in a Logistics Manager or similar role within FMCG or Food Manufacturing Strong working knowledge of route optimisation and logistics planning software Clear communicator with the ability to manage, motivate, and support a large delivery team This is an exciting opportunity to lead delivery operations for a company on a mission to scale.
