The Opportunity
Reporting to the Executive Chef, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of your kitchen, ensuring every dish is prepared consistently, efficiently and to an exceptional standard.
You’ll lead and develop your kitchen team, maintain an organised and positive working environment and help deliver an outstanding experience for every customer.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance quality and creativity with the urgency required within a fast-paced café kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and delivery of the breakfast and brunch menu.
- Ensure dishes are produced consistently and in line with agreed specifications.
- Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation and flavour.
- Bring creativity and fresh thinking to the kitchen while protecting consistency and quality.
- Lead, support and develop the kitchen team.

About You
You’ll be an experienced chef or kitchen leader with a strong background in fresh-food environments.
