We’re working with a fast-growing and mission-led sustainable packaging business supplying the hospitality industry with plant-based alternatives to traditional packaging. They’re leading the way in offering innovative, compostable, and reusable packaging solutions, with a growing footprint across the UK and Europe.
With expansion plans on the horizon, this is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and relationship-driven sales professional to join a brand with purpose, passion, and progression at its core.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across the hospitality and foodservice sector.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term customer relationships through regular contact, product education, and outstanding service.
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline through effective prospecting, lead qualification, and timely follow-ups.
- Utilise Pipedrive (CRM) to accurately manage all client data, interactions, and activity.
- Deliver compelling product knowledge and sustainability insight to support sales conversations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, account management, and retention.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the foodservice, hospitality, or FMCG sectors.
- Self-starter mentality with the drive to work independently and hit ambitious targets.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and working with CRM tools (Pipedrive desirable).
- Passion for sustainability, design, or the coffee/hospitality industry is a major plus.
- Able to think creatively, problem-solve on the go, and bring energy to the team.
