Are you a commercially minded Demand Planner looking to make a real impact within a fast growing, category redefining FMCG business?

This is a critical Demand Planner role within a high growth FMCG company operating in a short shelf-life environment. As the business continues to scale across multiple channels, this role exists to create a clear, trusted view of demand and support better inventory, service level and risk decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Aggregate channel level forecasts into a single, aligned demand plan
  • Own short term execution planning alongside longer term 3 to 12 month demand visibility
  • Partner closely with commercial teams to review assumptions, confidence levels, and forecast accuracy
  • Feed demand plans into supply chain planning to support stock cover and availability decisions
  • Support decisions balancing customer service levels with write off and shelf life risk
  • Use Excel based forecasting tools while supporting ongoing improvements to planning processes

  • Advanced Excel capability and confidence working with data
  • ERP exposure beneficial, with Unleashed experience advantageous but not essential
