Are you a commercially minded Demand Planner looking to make a real impact within a fast growing, category redefining FMCG business?
This is a critical Demand Planner role within a high growth FMCG company operating in a short shelf-life environment. As the business continues to scale across multiple channels, this role exists to create a clear, trusted view of demand and support better inventory, service level and risk decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Aggregate channel level forecasts into a single, aligned demand plan
- Own short term execution planning alongside longer term 3 to 12 month demand visibility
- Partner closely with commercial teams to review assumptions, confidence levels, and forecast accuracy
- Feed demand plans into supply chain planning to support stock cover and availability decisions
- Support decisions balancing customer service levels with write off and shelf life risk
- Use Excel based forecasting tools while supporting ongoing improvements to planning processes

Your Background
- Experience in demand planning within a retailer facing environment
- Exposure to short shelf life categories and inventory risk trade offs
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge constructively
- Commercially aware with a relationship led, collaborative approach
- Advanced Excel capability and confidence working with data
- ERP exposure beneficial, with Unleashed experience advantageous but not essential
