Goods In Operative Location: Crawley, RH11 Job Type: Temp to Perm (12 weeks) Found Industrial are currently recruiting for a Goods In Operative to join a well-established business based in Crawley. This is a hands-on role within a busy warehouse environment, offering a genuine opportunity to go permanent after a successful 12-week period. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Receiving and checking incoming goods against delivery notes Booking stock onto the system accurately and in a timely manner Putting stock away in designated warehouse locations Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Loading and unloading deliveries Supporting stock control and inventory checks Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment Working closely with the wider warehouse and logistics team Requirements: Previous experience in a Goods In or warehouse role preferred Reach FLT licence desirable (not essential) Full UK driving licence desirable Good attention to detail and basic IT skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong team player with a proactive attitude This role would suit someone looking for long-term stability and progression within a growing business.
