A growing multi-million pounds food manufacturer with a BRC AA+ accredited site is looking to appoint a Commercial Controller to join its senior commercial team. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to lead the commercial strategy across a diverse portfolio spanning major UK retail, B2B and foodservice customers, covering both branded and own-label products.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will lead a team of National Account Managers while driving profitable growth, customer engagement and commercial excellence. Working closely with NPD, Technical, Operations and Supply Chain, you will play a key role in bringing innovative chilled products to market, ensuring commercial opportunities are successfully translated into sustainable business growth.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape customer strategy, influence senior stakeholders, develop your team and play an integral part in the continued growth of a fast-paced food manufacturing business.
