The Role: We’re working with a well-established precision engineering business supplying high-performance components into motorsport and advanced engineering environments. This is a hands-on machining role where you will be responsible for:

  • Working from engineering drawings through to finished part
  • Machining complex components from billet using CNC milling machines
  • Adjusting tooling, feeds and strategies to achieve the required finish and tolerance

This is not an operator role. You’ll be expected to think through jobs and solve problems on the machine.

What they’re looking for:

  • Experience with CAM programming (e.g. Esprit, Fusion, Mastercam or similar)
  • Strong CNC milling background (multi-axis beneficial)
  • Ability to program, set and run independently

  • Is confident working independently

It won’t suit:
