Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days per week in London office) Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum base salary + Bonus Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday Business Development Manager – Sustainable Packaging We’re working with a fast-growing and mission-led sustainable packaging business supplying the hospitality industry with plant-based alternatives to traditional packaging. They’re leading the way in offering innovative, compostable, and reusable packaging solutions, with a growing footprint across the UK and Europe. With expansion plans on the horizon, this is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and relationship-driven sales professional to join a brand with purpose, passion, and progression at its core. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and convert new business opportunities across the hospitality and foodservice sector. • Build and nurture strong, long-term customer relationships through regular contact, product education, and outstanding service. • Manage a healthy sales pipeline through effective prospecting, lead qualification, and timely follow-ups. • Utilise Pipedrive (CRM) to accurately manage all client data, interactions, and activity. • Deliver compelling product knowledge and sustainability insight to support sales conversations. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, account management, and retention. • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. What We’re Looking For: • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the foodservice, hospitality, or FMCG sectors. • Self-starter mentality with the drive to work independently and hit ambitious targets. • Experience managing a sales pipeline and working with CRM tools (Pipedrive desirable). • Passion for sustainability, design, or the coffee/hospitality industry is a major plus. • Able to think creatively, problem-solve on the go, and bring energy to the team.
