We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing, family-run fresh produce business, helping drive growth into new categories and retail partners across the UK.
What you’ll do:
- Target and secure new retail accounts across the UK
- Build lasting relationships with senior buyers and decision-makers
- Identify opportunities to expand presence in existing retail accounts
- Represent the business at customer meetings, events, and networking opportunities
- Work independently, managing your own schedule and territory
About you:
- Proven experience in retail business development or sales
- Strong relationship-building skills and a lively, resilient personality
- Comfortable with proactive, field-based selling and tackling new business challenges
- Food manufacturing or FMCG experience is a big advantage, but retail account experience is essential
