Our Client is a successful Mechanical & Electrical Contractor working in a busy Construction Industry. They are looking for a proactive Office Administrator to join their team. The location is Newcastle City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment, providing essential administrative support, and maintaining efficient office procedures. This role is crucial in facilitating communication within the organisation and ensuring that all clerical tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Duties
- Manage daily office operations, including clerical duties and administrative tasks.
- Maintain organised filing systems for documents and records.
- Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
