Project Overview: Conversion of an old office building (stripped back to brick) into 14 residential flats. Work includes installation and commissioning of:
- Air source heat pumps
- Copper pipework
- Cylinders
- Radiators
- Sanitary ware
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS or JIB card
- Proven experience on similar mechanical/plumbing installations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Own tools and PPE
