Plumbers (x2) – New Build Student Accommodation
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne – City Centre
Start Date: Monday 26th January
Pay: £26 CIS
Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Our Client require two experienced Plumbers for a long-term role on a new build student accommodation project in Newcastle city centre. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-organised site with consistent workload and ongoing phases of work.
Duties Include:
- First-fix plumbing in corridors
- Installation of mains and risers
- Plant room works
Requirements:
- Valid JIB or CSCS card
- Proven experience on new build construction projects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Own tools and PPE
