Our client, a leading provider of high-quality fire protection services, is seeking a Business Administrator to join their Sunderland office. The company supports commercial and multi-occupancy environments with inspections, surveys and installations, ensuring full compliance and safety across all projects.
You will work closely with the office manager, providing day-to-day administrative support to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- ISO Compliance Support – Assist with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 processes, audits, documentation and implementation.
- Accommodation Booking – Arrange accommodation for site staff, ensuring efficient and cost-effective planning.
- Training Coordination – Book training courses, update the training matrix and track renewals.
- Employee Daily Support – Monitor and manage daily requirements of employees, including schedules and compliance needs.
- Construction Administration – Support operational and administrative tasks within a construction-based environment.
- Experience with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 (audits, implementation, document control).
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage training records and coordinate staff development.
