As an SEO Account Director at Found, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of high-value clients—leading strategic direction, elevating performance, and championing long-term growth. You'll guide the vision for each account, mentor a talented SEO team, and work cross-functionally to create integrated, insight-led strategies that push results forward.

You’ll collaborate closely with Business Directors, Data & Analytics, Paid Media, and wider channel specialists to deliver cohesive strategies that ladder into broader business objectives. As a senior figure within the SEO department, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping best practice, nurturing team development, and driving the evolution of our SEO offering across the agency.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Lead Strategic SEO Growth – Own the strategic vision across your portfolio, shaping insight-driven roadmaps that deliver measurable performance and long‐term client success.
  • Drive Commercial Excellence – Manage your portfolio's commercial health, ensuring profitable delivery, accurate forecasting, and opportunities for upsell and account expansion.
  • Strengthen Senior Client Partnerships – Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, lead strategic conversations, and position SEO as a core driver of business impact.
  • Inspire and Develop Your Team – Linemanage Account Managers and Executives, champion progression plans, and foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Ensure Operational Quality – Oversee outputs, reporting, QA, and project delivery to ensure work is accurate, insight‐led, and aligned to best practice.
  • Champion Cross‐Channel Integration – Collaborate with Paid Media, Data, Content, PR, and wider Found teams to create unified, holistic performance strategies.
  • Advance Ethical AI Adoption – Promote responsible, transparent AI usage that enhances efficiency, unlocks capacity, and drives improved strategic outcomes.
