Working closely with our brilliant managers and directors, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding results for our clients. From content research and ideation to technical optimisation, this role offers a hands-on opportunity to show and develop your skills across technical, content, and PR-focused SEO work. Our clients span exciting industries like fashion, travel, hospitality, and tech, meaning no two days are the same. You will collaborate on projects that test your creativity, problem-solving, and ability to deliver real impact.

Alongside the Account Manager, you will be responsible for effectively creating and executing optimisation strategies to grow organic traffic. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for campaigns' activation, optimisation and reporting.
  • Provide hands-on delivery of work to improve on-site optimisation and inform strategies (e.g. keyword research, maintaining a healthy backlink profile, competitor analysis and implementing recommendations as and when required).
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure all work is aligned to client goals.
  • Provide data insights and analysis to improve account efficiencies and drive ROI for clients.
  • Identify areas of opportunity and communicate to the SEO Account Manager.
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly reports and QBRs, gathering data alongside insights.
  • Complete any ad hoc reporting requested by clients or Account Managers.
  • Contribute to weekly client calls including preparing performance results with insights, present these, write up and share any actions.

HOW DOES THE TEAM WORK?

Our SEO team is currently 24 people, where everyone works collaboratively, sharing new ideas and findings on a regular basis. We are looking for people who want to be part of a team: open and honest communication with your teammates will be just as important as your knowledge. You will be given autonomy to work on accounts and take ownership/shape the way of working, with lots of support from your manager, Account Director, Head of Team and Growth team. We work collaboratively - both within the SEO team and across departments. We work really closely with our Paid Team, Paid Social, Growth & Client Experience. We have open communication - there aren’t any silly questions and there’s no limit to how many you can ask - whether that be to the Head of SEO, AD or SEO Manager.

  • Technical and Analytics: a good understanding of the fundamentals of Tech SEO and key SEO performance metrics and where/how to apply them. Prior experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics is a big plus.
  • Previous experience with common SEO tools, such as Screaming Frog, Keyword Planner, SEMRush, Ahrefs etc. Comfortable using Excel/Google Spreadsheets, Power Points, Google slides.
WHAT IS THE INTERVIEW PROCESS?

Informal screening process with our People Experience team. This is to go through your top line experience and ask any questions we might have from your application (15-20 minutes). 1st stage interview with Senior SEO Account Manager + SEO Account Director to go through your experience and skills to date in more depth as well as an opportunity to discuss how you like to work best. You will also have the opportunity to ask us any questions you have about Found (45-60 minutes). 2nd stage interview will involve a task with a short presentation with at least a week of prep time before presenting this to us. The presentation aims to show your understanding of data, SEO fundamentals, research skills, creativity and presentation skills. (15-20 minutes). Following the presentation, we may have some further questions to understand how you work, as well as further opportunity for you to ask us any questions to help with your decision and show your best self (60 minutes).
