With our team growing and new business wins on the horizon, we’re on the hunt for a Paid Social Account Director to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a part in shaping strategies and driving performance across a diverse portfolio of clients spanning multiple industries. You’ll be the expert behind successful and winning campaigns that deliver real impact. Collaborating closely with your Account Manager and Business Director, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our campaigns are innovative, effective, and keep our clients coming back for more. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Lead & Strategise – Take ownership of all Paid Social accounts under your remit, shaping strategies, defining responsibilities, and guiding your team to success.
- Drive Performance – Oversee campaign performance, ensuring we’re on track to meet goals while identifying opportunities for growth and flagging any challenges.
- Set & Track KPIs – Work closely with clients to define key metrics and ensure we consistently deliver against their objectives.
- Innovate & Optimise – Use advanced analytics and forecasting to refine and enhance strategies, including keeping up to date with latest industry updates, ensuring we’re at the forefront of Paid Social.
- Build Strong Client Partnerships – Develop close, trusted relationships with clients, understanding their goals and ensuring we deliver outstanding results.
- Grow the Business – Contribute to pitches, proposals, and upsells with Paid Performance strategies that win new business.
- Develop Your Team – Manage and mentor account managers and executives, helping them grow their skills and careers.
- Analyse & Improve – Continuously review and refine accounts, making strategic recommendations that push performance forward.
- Collaborate & Integrate – Work seamlessly with SEO, PPC, Growth, and Data teams to develop integrated performance plans that deliver real results.
