This is a maternity cover role for 12 months starting February 2026. As PPC Senior Account Director, you’ll lead the performance, growth, and strategic direction of your pod—driving commercial success and elevating delivery standards across the PPC department. You’ll own senior client relationships, inspire a high-performing team, and champion Found’s innovative Everysearch™ approach. This is a pivotal leadership role, shaping strategy, unlocking cross-channel collaboration, and ensuring Found continues to set the standard for excellence in Paid Media.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Drive Commercial Growth – Lead your pod’s P&L, ensuring profitable delivery, sustainable resourcing, and strong margin performance.
  • Lead Client Strategy – Build trusted senior relationships, act as a strategic partner, and grow existing portfolios through insight-driven guidance.
  • Inspire and Develop Talent – Line-manage senior and mid-level team members, champion progression plans, and foster a culture of autonomy, accountability, and support.
  • Ensure Delivery Excellence – Oversee campaign strategy, QA, reporting, and insight generation to deliver consistently exceptional PPC output.
  • Innovate and Evolve Processes – Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve templates, and strengthen operational efficiency.
  • Champion AI Adoption – Advocate for responsible, transparent AI use that enhances team efficiency and client impact.
  • Collaborate Across Found – Partner with SEO, Paid Social, Growth, Data (Braidr), and Disrupt teams to deliver integrated, holistic client solutions.
  • Lead by Example – Uphold Found’s culture, values, and processes while modelling integrity, accountability, and innovation.
