Search is fragmented. Discovery no longer starts or ends with Google. Buyers are researching across AI tools, social platforms, publishers, review sites, and communities before they ever return to search. In this environment, visibility doesn’t come from keywords alone. It comes from brand authority; being recognised, cited, and trusted wherever the audience is looking.

As Brand Authority, you will reach the right people, in the right format. Working with SEO, Content, and Technical specialists in the Organic team; and collaborating with Paid Search and Paid Social to amplify visibility; you’ll deliver campaigns that connect creativity, data, and strategy into measurable brand impact.

IMPACT OF THE ROLE

Your work will directly contribute to: Brand Authority integrating brand storytelling, data insights, and AI‑ready content into a unified approach to organic growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • CAMPAIGN LEADERSHIP: Own the planning and delivery of PR campaigns: from ideation, media list building and outreach, to press release creation and reporting. Manage day‑to‑day client delivery and communications. Deliver coverage, mentions, and backlinks aligned to client KPIs and Found’s Everysearch™ framework. Take creative risks—explore new tactics, formats, and platforms to drive results.
  • BUILDING BRAND AUTHORITY: Lead status updates, campaign reporting, and strategy conversations. Build productive, long‑term relationships through consistent delivery and clear communication. Present ideas confidently to both clients and internal teams.
  • MULTI‑PLATFORM VISIBILITY: Repurpose high‑performing assets across relevant platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and PR distribution. Collaborate with Paid teams to amplify earned content through social and search. Measure multi‑channel impact; from coverage and backlinks to AI citations and Brand sentiment.
  • PUBLISHER: Regularly cited by publishers, referenced in AI search, and visible across social and media. PR and content initiatives strengthen overall brand credibility and audience trust. Earned and owned content drive measurable engagement and brand recall.
  • CROSS‑TEAM COLLABORATION: Ensures PR campaigns are effectively integrated with SEO, Content and Paid Media strategies. Shares insights and opportunities across departments to maximise overall client impact. Demonstrates the value of Digital PR as part of the Everysearch™ proposition.
  • CAMPAIGN EXCELLENCE: Delivers innovative, insight‑driven PR and content campaigns from ideation to execution. Earns high‑quality coverage and mentions across publishers, creators, and discovery platforms. Gains consistent positive feedback from clients on creativity, execution, and results.
  • SERVICE LEADERSHIP: Contribute to shaping Found’s evolving Digital PR; it’s about building Brand Entities. You know how coverage influences Knowledge Panels and search rankings. Proven relationships not just with traditional journalists, but with digital creators, niche publishers, and influencers relevant to the fragmented search landscape.
  • You have a deep understanding of how discovery is evolving beyond Google - understanding how brands gain visibility in Social platforms and AI tools. You are comfortable using data to find hookable stories. You measure success beyond "coverage volume," focusing on Share of Search, Brand Sentiment, and Referral Traffic. You proactively use AI tools for research, ideation, and efficiency, and you are excited to test how PR can influence AI Search results.
  • You have experience collaborating with SEO and Content teams, ensuring your campaigns support technical goals and keyword strategies. Excellent writing and pitching skills, with the ability to sell creative concepts to data‑driven stakeholders.
