What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, motivate and inspire your shift team to deliver safe, high quality and efficient production
- Create a positive, accountable culture where standards are clear and performance is recognised
- Coach and develop individuals, helping them build skills and progress their careers
- Take ownership of performance across Safety, People, Quality, Delivery and Cost
- Work closely with Technical, Engineering and Supply Chain to keep production running smoothly
- Maintain an Audit Ready environment with a strong focus on Food Safety, Quality and compliance
