The Opportunity
This is a varied position that sits across recruitment administration, operations, marketing, and business support. You'll play a key role in ensuring our internal processes run smoothly, supporting the team with candidate management, CRM administration, marketing & social media activity, and helping maintain the high standards that Found Food & Drink is known for. No two days will be the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, taking ownership, and being involved in the wider success of our growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Operations
- Reformat and prepare candidate CVs to Found Food & Drink standards.
- Create candidate and client presentation documents.
- Support the recruitment process by updating candidate and client records.
- Manage candidate progression through the recruitment lifecycle.
- Ensure all recruitment activity is accurately recorded within the CRM.
- Create and post job advertisements across relevant platforms.
- CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records.
- Keep the CRM fully updated and organised.
- Support data cleansing and database management projects.
- Generate target lists and support business development activity.
- Research prospective clients within the food and drink manufacturing sector.
- Marketing & Brand Support
- Assist with social media content creation and scheduling.
- Create visual content using Canva or similar design platforms.
- Support the creation of LinkedIn posts and marketing campaigns.
- Help ensure brand consistency across all external communications.
- Business Support & Administration
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and event bookings.
- Support the organisation of company events and meetings.
- Assist with onboarding of new starters.
- Manage office equipment, supplies, and general administration.
- Provide wider operational support to the leadership team.
