A growing food manufacturing business is looking for a Senior Product Developer to take ownership of key NPD projects, leading development activity from initial concept through to successful launch.
This is a role for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with delivery, working closely with factory and commercial teams to ensure products not only look great on paper but also work at scale.
- Take the lead on NPD projects, managing the full lifecycle from concept through to launch
- Translate ideas into viable products that meet operational, quality and cost requirements
- Collaborate with Technical, Production and Commercial teams to align product and process
- Review and refine existing products to improve quality, efficiency and customer appeal
- Manage multiple development projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
- Support continuous improvement within the development function
