MSAT Cleaning Validation – Site Lead

Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 + leading benefits package (£80k total remuneration)

Full time permanent – Hybrid 3/2 working available with this role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a global matrix organisation in a MSAT Cleaning Validation – Site Lead appointment, where you will provide site expertise on global technical standards and processes.

Key Experience:

1. Cleaning Validation
2. MSAT specializing in improving and optimizing manufacturing processes
3. Team lead experience
4. Global reporting
5. Degree in scientific discipline

Key Responsibilities:

1. Mentor and coach site teams, providing expertise and support on the relevant technical standards
2. Build site capability in core standards
3. Actively engage in Communities of Practice and drive improvement programmes
4. Create tools/templates/guidance for effective implementation of standards on site
5. Establish KPIs to drive continuous improvement of the standard and its implementation across the site
6. Propose appropriate site governance to implement and deliver the technical standards and related improvement projects
7. Escalate any issues encountered during the effective implementation of the standards on site
8. Collaborate with various global MSAT Standards Leads and other site MSAT Standards Specialists to deliver key projects, continuous improvements, and initiatives within areas of expertise
9. Maintain current knowledge of global regulations and guidance, regulatory expectations, inspection intelligence, innovative/new technologies, industry standards, and registered risks pertaining to the area of expertise

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Degree in Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced certifications preferred
2. Proficiency in sustainability software and data analysis tools
3. Strong communication, project management, and client engagement skills
