This is an excellent opportunity to join a large organisation in a Maintenance Supervisor position. You will be coordinating workflow and managing a busy vehicle maintenance workshop and technicians.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a large maintenance / workshop team with a commercial focus
- Manage operational spending in line with budgets
- Establishment of budgets and KPIs
- Maintaining the UK fleet of commercial vehicles and ensure tax & MOTs are up to date at all times
- Coordinate and manage all plant and UK Fleet maintenance programmes in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations & warranties
- Investigate any accident damage and review the root causes + complete reports & follow up actions
- Fleet administration & compliance experience
- Recruitment, disciplinary matters and staff training and development
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Have a real focus on Health & Safety
- Technical engineering expertise
- Good knowledge of IT e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
