This is an excellent opportunity to join a large organisation in a Customer Client Coordinator role. You will be the first point of contact for customers and work as a liaison between the internal account managers, planners and customers.
Main responsibilities:
- Answering and processing all incoming sales calls and emails
- Following up via call or email to all prospects and quotes
- Manage a busy inbox to ensure customer enquiries are handled quickly and effectively
- Managing deadlines and liaising with various departments to ensure timely project delivery and managing customer expectations
- Provide stock reports and handle stock queries
- Provide courier tracking status and updates to customers
- Communicate with customers using phone or email
- Build trust and loyalty with customers, going the extra mile to exceed customers’ expectations
- Liaise with internal departments to deliver customer’s expectations
- Arranging call backs with clients to assist the quoting process where required
