A large UK contractor with a global reach are looking for a document control specialist to join them as an Information Manager within their London office.
About this role
This is a key role within the team, coordinating and managing digital information across multiple projects. You will have experience with various web-based information management systems and will be able to work as part of a team helping to implement standards across projects to ensure consistency throughout the business
About you
- You will have good knowledge of Viewpoint and other similar Electronic Data Management Systems (EDMS)
- You will have experience with providing quality assurance (QA) and checking all information coming onto a system in accordance with a projects information management protocols.
- You will have experience with conducting audits of information management systems and creating reports
- You will have an awareness of ISO 19650 standards
- You will have knowledge of information exchange protocols and Common Data Environment (CDE) interfacing
- You will ideally have experience with Power Bi but this isn\’t essential for the role as training will be provided
- You will have worked in a Senior Document Control / Information Management related role before
