A multi-disciplinary UK architecture studio, known for their award-winning work across large scale residential and mixed use schemes, are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join their vibrant London office.
About this role
This is an important role for this award-winning practice with particular focus on large scale housing and residential schemes. You will work closely with architects, sustainability specialists and designers supporting them across all stages ensuring the best use of BIM tools and workflows. You will also work closely with the practice BIM Manager and other BIM specialists ensuring practice standards and procedures are upheld and followed.
About you
- You will have advanced knowledge of Revit
- You will have extensive Revit modelling, model management and content creation experience
- You will have experience of working in a common data environment
- You will ideally have experience of BIM delivery of a large scale complex project before
- You will have good knowledge of UK BIM Standards (ISO 19650) and building regulations
- You will have good knowledge of Navisworks or Solibiri gained from working on live projects
- You will also ideally have some knowledge of additional softwares such as AutoCAD, Dynamo, Rhino, etc
- You will have experience working in a similar role at a leading studio
