A large UK consultancy with a global reach are looking for an experienced information management specialist with good knowledge of ISO 19650 to join their London office.
This is a strategic role within the team where you will be responsible for leading, coordinating and managing a small team and ensuring digital information across multiple projects is in line with ISO 19650 standards. As this is a client-facing position you will have excellent communication skills and will have experience with leading meetings. You will also have experience with developing processes, creating training materials, and coaching others on the best use of various web-based information management systems.
About you
- You will have good knowledge of Viewpoint, Aconex and other similar Electronic Data Management Systems (EDMS).
- You will have experience with setting up the document control and information management systems on projects and developing strategies in accordance with ISO 19650 standards.
- You will have experience with leading information management across a range of large scale projects.
- You will have excellent communication skills and will be client-facing and confident in your ability to lead meetings where necessary.
- You will have experience with leading a team, providing training and support and coaching others.
- You will ideally have some experience with Power BI, Revit and other similar software.
- You will have experience working in a Senior Document Control / Information Management related position before.
